CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - USA

About the job:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing order fulfillment services for a specific group of customers. Receives customer orders, enters them in the system, and tracks them to communicate and react accordingly. This position is in charge of implementing and supporting policies, and processes related to the order flow. This role is the face of Panel Rey by acting as the intermediary to the customers between the supply chain and sales managers. It is also accountable for leading the accounts management to capture more volume from our customers.

 

Essential Job Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer's inquiries via phone, e-mail or chat.                        
  2. Receive and enter customer orders according to distribution, revising all conditions, agreements and capabilities.                        
  3. Responsible for initiate invoicing processes (returns, cancellations, etc.) and follow-up.                        
  4. Crosscheck work with quotes, credit memos, pricing and other Customer Service Representatives.                        
  5. Monitor production and shipping schedules based on customer's requests and send confirmation of orders.                        
  6. Build professional relationship with customers and maintain a possitive attitude and communication. Maintain levels of customer service in a proactive manner                        
  7. Notify customers of any problem and/or change that may arise with their orders / shipments.                        
  8. Measures and reports on KPI's (daily, weekly and monthly)                        
  9. Promote payment resolution issues with all parties involved                        
  10. Support management and peers as required

 

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in international business, business administration, or relevant discipline
    •    Minimum of 2 years in customer service or similar role is required.
    •    English proficiency level is required
    •    ERP basic knowledge
    •    Proficient in the use of Excel
    •    Problem solving oriented
    •    Ability to multitask
    •    Positive attitude, must act professionally and with integrity
    •    A demonstrated superior telephone personality is required, along with excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
